Dependant on your collection requirements we can include additional services as follows:

• Individual scanning of each unit’s serial and asset number at the customer premises providing an electronic report on departure.
• Cross-checking each device against the customer’s inventory estate to identify IT assets that are in and out of scope for collection
• Geo-fencing capability, providing alerts when our vehicles enter and leave designated locations (available in the UK & Europe)
• Once the vehicle has been loaded, it is securely sealed, to be confirmed secure and then checked and opened only when safely back to the partners HQ.
• The vehicles can also be equipped with GPS satellite tracking equipment for further peace of mind.
• Armoured trucks can be used for the highest level of security if required and available on request.
